Original-Baker Inka-Korn
Ancient grains were already cultivated thousands of years ago. Grains such as amaranth and quinoa were a staple food for the original inhabitants of South America. The Incas considered these grains sacred and miracle food for more energy and strength.
However over the years, these ancient cereals became more and more forgotten, because other types of durum and soft wheat were more productive.
Diamant now uses particular types of ancient grains and has developed a special baking mixture - the Original-Baker Inka-Korn.
The ancient grain mixture Original-Baker Inka-Korn contains:
- Amaranth
- Quinoa
- Khorasan wheat
- St. John's-day rye
- Spelt
These types of ancient grains are of 100% Austrian origin.
The bread and mini-bread variations made from Original-Baker Inka-Korn are distinguished especially due to their excellent nutty taste sensation. This extraordinary flavour is completed by the additional 10 germ buds of cereals and seeds.
The germination of cereals and seeds increases the number of vitamins and trace elements. The plants do not ever again reach a similar concentration of nutrients in their growth phase.

With the Original-Baker Emul-Cleanwe offer you a special baking improver free of emulsifiers, thickeners and acidity regulators.
It complies with the requirements for "Clean Label".
Clean Label stands for the clear labelling of foods and the restricted use of additives such as emulsifiers, flavour enhancers or artificial flavouring.
The Original-Baker Emul-Clean can be used for the production of white and special mini-bread variations. Due to its high proportion of pregelatinised flour, the Original-Baker Emul-Clean keeps your bakery products fresh for a long time.
